Are you asking yourself how we handle privacy?

We are concerned to ensure that you know how we approach this subject, given that we process your personal data when you use our services.

However, we do this responsibly, and we comply with the applicable privacy laws at all times, especially with regard to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Privacy Policy

TicketingHub Ltd ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with our terms of use Terms & Conditions] and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Information we may collect from you

When you use or interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data. Sometimes this will be on our own behalf and other times this will be on behalf of a Supplier using our Services to run a tour or event. This is an important distinction for EU data protection law purposes and is explained in more detail in Section 16 below.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

1.All Users.

Information you provide to us: For all Users we collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide such information to the Services, such as when you register for access to the Services, contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys or browse or use certain parts of the Services. The Personal Data we may collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address and other information that enables Users to be personally identified.

Information we automatically collect: We also automatically collect certain technical data that is sent to us from the computer, mobile device and/or browser through which you access the Services ("Automatic Data"). Automatic Data, includes without limitation, a unique identifier associated with your access device and/or browser (including, for example, your Internet Protocol (IP) address) characteristics about your access device and/or browser, statistics on your activities on the Services, information about how you came to the Services and data collected through Cookies, Pixel Tags, Local Shared Objects, Web Storage and other similar technologies. When you register for the Services or otherwise submit Personal Data to us, we may associate other Non-Personal Data (including Non-Personal Data we collect from third parties) with your Personal Data. At such instance, we will treat any such combined data as your Personal Data until such time as it can no longer be associated with you or used to identify you.

2. Suppliers

As an Supplier we will collect additional Personal Data from you.

Information you provide to us: In some cases, we may collect your credit card information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.), some of which may constitute Personal Data, to secure certain payments.

In addition, if you use our payment processing services, we will collect financial information from you (e.g., your bank account information or an address to send checks) as necessary to facilitate payments and information required for tax purposes (e.g., your taxpayer identification number).

Information we obtain from other sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as third party websites, your bank, our payment processing partners and credit reporting agencies.

3.Customers

As a Customer, we will collect additional Personal Data from you on behalf of an Organiser.

Information you provide via TicketingHub: If you register for a paid event, you will provide financial information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.) some of which may constitute Personal Data. In addition, Suppliers can set up event registration pages to collect virtually any information from Consumers in connection with registration for an Organiser's event listed on the Services. TicketingHub does not control an Supplier's registration process nor the Personal Data that they collect. Personal Data collected on behalf of Suppliers is provided to the Suppliers of the applicable tour in accordance with "How We Disclose and Transfer Your Personal Data: Organisers" below.

Information we obtain from other sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as Organisers, other Consumers, social media or other third party integrations, your credit card issuing bank, our payment processing partners or other third parties.

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.ticketinghub.com ("our site"). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.


If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Details of transactions you carry out through our site or using your TicketingHub account and of the fulfilment of your orders.

Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

Uses made of the information

We collect and use the Personal Data we collect in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Passing this information to products and/or resellers for the purposes of undertaking a ticketing transaction or any other service which they may provide to you.

We may use the Personal Data as follows:

A. Specific use case or to carry out our obligations arising from any agreements between you and us

If you provide Personal Data for a specific purpose, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the purpose for which it was provided.

For example, if you contact us by e-mail, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem and will respond to the email address from which the contact came.

B. Allow you to use our service when you choose

If you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to or use of our Services or any functionality thereof, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to or use of the Services or functionality and to analyse your use of such Services or functionality.

For example, if you supply Personal Data relating to your identity or qualifications to use certain portions of the Services, we will use that information to make a decision as to granting you access to use such Services and to assess your ongoing qualification to use such Services.

C. Internal Business Purposes

We may use your Personal Data for internal business purposes, including without limitation, to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our Users, to improve the Services, to protect against, identify or address wrongdoing, to enforce our Terms of Service, to manage your account and provide you with customer service, and to generally manage the Services and our business.

C. TicketingHub Marketing

Where it is in accordance with your marketing preferences, we may use your Personal Data to contact you in the future for our marketing and advertising purposes, including without limitation, to inform you about services we believe might be of interest to you, to develop promotional or marketing materials and provide those materials to you, and to display content and advertising on or off the Services that we believe might be of interest to you.

E. Suppliers Emails

We allow Suppliers to use our email tools to contact Customers for their current and past options, so you may receive emails from our system that originate with such Suppliers and that we send on their behalf.

If you registered for an event on the Supplier, your email address is available to that Organiser. However, Organisers may also import the email addresses they have from external sources and send communications through the Services to those email addresses, and we will deliver those communications to those email addresses on the Organiser's behalf. The Supplier and not TicketingHub is responsible for sending these emails.

F. Notify you about changes to our service

If anything changes in our Service, we will notify you by email.

G. Other Reason

If we intend to use any Personal Data in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time the Personal Data is collected or we will obtain your consent subsequent to such collection but prior to such use.

Please note that any agreement you have with a product, a reseller and/or Payment Gateway will be governed by that party's terms of use and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the terms of use or privacy policies of any third parties and you should ensure that you read these carefully.
Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your personal information to third parties

  1. In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

  2. If TicketingHub Ltd or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

  3. If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use www.ticketinghub.com/terms and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TicketingHub Limited, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

  4. With our contractors and service providers who process Personal Data on behalf of TicketingHub to perform certain business-related functions. These companies include our email providers, hosting provider, marketing agencies, database providers, and others (see full list here Third Party Suppliers]) When we engage another company to perform such functions, we may provide them with information, including Personal Data, in connection with their performance of such functions.

  5. With Suppliers when you (a customer) makes a booking for to a tour through the TicketingHub platform, we provide the Personal Data entered on the applicable option of the Supplier. In some cases, a Supplier may appoint a third party, which may or may not be affiliated with the Supplier, to create and/or manage their account. We are not responsible for the actions of these Suppliers, or their Third Parties, with respect to your Personal Data.

It is important that you review the Suppliers policies, and if applicable and available, their appointed Third Parties, before providing Personal Data or other information.

  1. If you are a user of a Supplier Account with TicketingHub, your Personal Data will be available to the Suppliers and shared with other users of the same account with the right permission levels.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our products or third parties which provide services to you. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

IP Addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Cookies, Pixels, GPS tracking and similar

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to distinguish you from other users of our website.

A cookie is a small text file, which often includes a unique identifier that is sent to your computer or mobile telephone (referred to here as a "device") browser from a website's computer and is stored on your device's hard drive. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Access to Information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Changes to our privacy policy

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
